As the Director of Youth and Volunteering , my primary duties and responsibilities include:

1. Identify new opportunities for volunteers to engage in volunteer activities
2. Determine new strategies to encourage youth participation
3. Create and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of internal efforts to recruit,
   recognize, and retain volunteers
4. Create sub-committees from any group of members to help in performing the duties
