As the Director of Sports, my primary duties and responsibilities include:

1. Identify athletic programs for the community that cover a wide range of indoor and outdoor sports for children, youth, women, and men
2. Organize sports activities in accordance with the approved budget
3. Create sub-committees from any group of members to help in performing the duties
