Message from BAP President

Dear Members of the Bangladesh Association of Phoenix,

It is a great honor to serve as the President of the Bangladesh Association of Phoenix, an organization founded approximately 37 years ago by visionary immigrants from Bangladesh. Since its inception, BAP has been dedicated to fostering a strong, vibrant, and united Bangladeshi American community in Arizona. We firmly believe that unity within our community is essential to our collective growth, strength, and success.

BAP proudly serves as a bridge between long-established members of the community and newly arrived Bangladeshis in Arizona, while maintaining a strong and meaningful connection with our beloved homeland, Bangladesh.

Our organization provides a wide range of services to the Bangladeshi community in Arizona, including sports and recreational activities, humanitarian and educational initiatives, business promotion, national holiday observances, cultural enrichment through theater and talent programs, victim assistance, passport and visa services in coordination with the Bangladesh Embassy, and many other essential services throughout the year. We are committed to creating a welcoming and educational environment that nurtures the next generation of Bangladeshi Americans, helping them develop a deep appreciation for Bangladesh’s culture, language, history, and heritage.

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to all our members for their continued support, dedication, and commitment to our organization. Together, we will continue to build a resilient, inclusive, and thriving community for Bangladeshi Americans in Arizona.

Sincerely,

Rashidul Monsur Palash
President
Bangladesh Association of Phoenix (BAP)
