Community Engagement: 

Continue to offer a diverse range of programs encompassing Community Service, National, Charity, Sports, Educational, Cultural, International Events and focus on Organizational Excellence. Our commitment is to uphold Bangladeshi cultural values, actively engaging every member within the community.

Community Help: 

Extend support to individuals in emergencies by providing material, logistical, and moral assistance. Moreover, offer aid to those relocating to Arizona for employment or further education.

Important Milestone: 

 Amendment of the Article of Incorporations

Attain IRS 501(c)(3) status for BAP

Spearhead a census initiative for the Bangladeshi community

Establish a streamlined membership process

Implement an online database

Develop BAP email communication tool

Enhance BAP website.

Accountability: 

Set -up town hall meetings or online sessions for direct communication to facilitate idea-sharing and continuous improvement

Involve community members in assessing the performance of our community service and financial activities
